Regarding:    Dutch Junior International 2003

Dear Friends,

We have the pleasure to invite one of your umpires to the Dutch Junior International 2003. The tournament will be staged at the Duinwijckhal in Haarlem and will start on 26 February 2003. The umpires are expected to attend the Umpires’ briefings on Wednesday 26 February 2003 in the hall at approximately 13:00h. The tournament will end on Sunday 2 march 2003 at approxima­tely 18:00h. Umpires are expected not to leave the tournament before the last match has finished.

All invitations are on the following terms:

1. There will be transport from Amsterdam airport and from Haarlem railway station to the hotel / sportscenter.
2. The organisation will pay the umpires a daily compensation.
3. The hotel will be booked and paid for by the Organisation.
4. Any travelling-allowances will be on account of the umpires' own national or­ga­ni­sa­tion.
5. Umpires are offered bed and breakfast, but they will have to pay for other meals.

We would kindly ask you to answer this invitation as soon as possible (preferably by mail to: marcel.schormans@planet.nl), but at least 15 January 2003. Detailed information about the tournament will be provided after you informed us about accepting this invitation.
