Umpires for YONEX GERMAN OPEN 2003; Duisburg

Dear friends!

 

We have the pleasure to invite one of your umpires to our YONEX GERMAN OPEN 2003.

 

The tournament will start on Wednesday, October 01st 2003 and will end on Sunday, October 05th 2003 at approx. 06:00 p.m. The tournament will be staged at:

 

RHEIN-RUHR-HALLE DUISBURG, Walter-Rathenau-Straße 1, 47166 Duisburg-Marxloh

 

The invitation is on the following terms:

 

--       The German Badminton Association (DBV) will pay the umpires a daily Compensation

--       The accommodation (including breakfast) will booked and paid by the DBV

--       Any travelling allowances will be on account of the umpires own national organisation

--       All umpires are expected to share rooms with their colleagues

--       Air travel should be routed to Düsseldorf (DUS) International Airport

 

We expect the umpires to arrive on Tuesday, September 30th 2003 before the umpires briefing
(approx. 06:00 p.m.).

 

Please let us know, if you will be sending an umpire to the tournament by June 18th 2003.

We are planing to organise an umpires badminton tournament on Saturday.
